IRG did a total renovation of our master bathroom, to include removing a sliding glass door, all new fixtures, renovating a walk-in closet, etc. The team was incredibly accommodating from the outset. The outcome is outstanding, and the process was not at all disruptive to our daily lives. All of the men who came to work on the project were polite and approachable, and quick to respond to our requests. They even cleaned up after themselves every day! We have been enjoying the fruits of all their labor for about a month, and couldn't be happier. Our new bathroom is a remarkable improvement over our former bathroom (which is a good thing)! The team finished on schedule, and kept us updated as to what time they would be arriving each day. There were no unpleasant surprises.

After a less than ideal experience with a previous contractor Jose and the entire IRG crew have renewed my faith that there are still honest hardworking contractors. Joseluis took the time to discuss different options and suggested several cosmetic and cost saving ideas that I didn't even know were available. I am absolutely in love with my new kitchen. As the owner of an older home with several more upgrades to come Illinois Remodel Group will be my go to Home Renovation Companyfrom now on.

He came out a few days later, gave us a fair quote, and his team was at our home the next month and got right to work on the repairs. They completed the work promptly and were very friendly. They even patched up another small part of the drywall as a courtesy service.

For future jobs, I will absolutely get in touch with Illinois Remodel Group. After getting quotations from five contractors, I saw that their honest communication and low prices stood out. Even after construction started, they worked well with the crews and did great work. Thanks to Jose for making the refurbishment go so well!
We hired Illinois Remodel Group to remodel two bathrooms, and they put tile on the floors and walls. We are quite happy with how everything turned out! The team was always on time, did a good job, and was polite. They finished the job ahead of schedule and on budget. We are really delighted with IRG and highly suggest it!
We are really happy with how Jose and his team rebuilt our old kitchen. They took out the old cabinets, floors, and countertops and put in new ones with a modern look that changed the whole room. It was quite impressive how professional and detail-oriented the crew was!
We underwent a full first-floor remodel that included new flooring, painting, lighting, kitchen (counters, cabinets, backsplash, etc.) and a powder room. We interviewed 5+ contractors and ultimately selected Illinois Remodel Group. They weren't the cheapest (somewhere in the high-middle) but from the start Joseluis showed attention to detail that we came to appreciate more and more as the job went on. He followed up with us multiple times and met with us in person. He also helped us with design choices and gave his honest opinion whenever asked, which we greatly appreciated. He has excellent taste and his experience shows. His team was top notch - Everything we asked was quickly addressed and corrected if need be. All the specialists from the tilers and painters were also top-notch and took incredible pride in their work. Overall, it took a little longer than expected - but what project doesn't? I would say Illinois Remodel Group stands out for its superior customer service and high-quality work. We truly couldn't be happier how it all turned out. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!
UPDATE: since our last project with IRG, we remodeled our primary bathroom and guest bath. As with last time, we were impressed with Jose and his team - their customer service and communication is incredible and the team is skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They weren’t the cheapest bid we got, but the value and quality of the work were well worth it yet again. Added some new pics of the bathroom. Thanks again!
Really they did a good job at my place. The level of progress and quality of work met my standards. I really got more than what I expected at the value I paid for. My house was a victim of a previous bad remodeling job for our bathrooms (looking nice but leaks everywhere and faulty faucets). IRG helped correct all the issues and made some other improvements in the bathroom and master bedroom. So professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them 100% and they take care of keeping you posted every step of the way. Thanks a lot for your help we will keep you in mind for future jobs!
